CPCI Precast Concrete Plant Certification  Kassian Dyck is the Accredited Certification Organization for certifying CPCI precast concrete plants across Canada.  The CPCI certification program qualifies precast concrete manufacturers who fabricate architectural and structural precast concrete.  Manufacturers are evaluated on their quality system, documentation, production procedures, engineering, personnel, equipment, and finished products.  Our independent professional engineers, experienced with precast concrete design, conduct audits twice annually.
